About David
Born in Long Island, NY, raised in Jacksonville, Florida, David moved permanently to St. Augustine in 1987. A graduate of the University of North Florida and Managing Partner of a local Travel Agency for nearly ten years he puts his degree and years of customer service to good use. David activated his Real Estate License and joined his longtime friends at Sunshine Realty in 2001. He was quick to establish himself as a dependable and knowledgeable Realtor and Rental Agent. He was promoted to Rental Manager at Sunshine Realty in 2006 and oversees the Rental Department’s advertising as well as training and support to the other rental agents. When not at work, he spends his time between his favorite hobbies that include surfing, boating, traveling and snowboarding (when possible). David, his wife Heather and their daughter, reside in Crescent Beach where they enjoy the local beaches, parks, and all the local festivals.
